Why is there a decrease in the number of students enrolling for Computer Science courses worldwide?

The job market is flooded.
Cause information technology sphere is constantly developing and more and more specialists are needed. Though, enrolling to Computer Science makes sense only, if you aren’t going to work as a programmer the whole life, but get business education afterwards.
About 6-8 years ago there were huge numbers of CS majors because they were in such demand and the salary they could get coming right out of college was fantastic. Many would even receive signing bonuses. All that is in the past though. With downsizing or shipping work overseas the field of CS is just too vague.
Everything happens in cycles though. So I predict that soon there will be another big push for CS majors (maybe not as huge as during the dot com era).
I agree with the previous answer that CS is a broad major. Folks might be better served specializing in Networks or Database Management or Web Development, etc.
