Which of these courses from a local community college show maximum promise of a job?

I want to continue education to support family. Since it would take some years before i can work in US i want to do a course which can get me a voluntary job for the time being and a good job later when i get my work permit. I need some opinions please help me choose one of these courses
medical insurance and billing
medical transcription
online computer science courses
Please suggest some other such courses as well Thanks
I think both of the medical things are good, there is always high demand for that and plenty of work. I wouldn’t recommend computer science unless it is something you are already good at/interested in. Its the kind of thing that involves some natural ability. Its also very hard to get a first job as there is a lot of competition for entry level positions.
Something else you might consider is medical technician of some kind (a nurse or a dental assistant), or physical therapy. These are all great careers that I think are growing in need.
