Which Computer Science degree course would be most beneficial for Software/Game Design and Engineering?

At one of the universities I’m looking at going to, they have 3 different degree courses-, all 5 years-

B.S & M.S. in Computer Science
B.S. in Computer Science, M.S. in Software Engineering
B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics

Please give reasoning behind your answer, I want what would make me the most marketable in the real world, and I would graduate in 2015, so I doubt the recession would still be that big of a deal.

  1. Emily says:

The MS in Software Engineering would get you where you want to go

  2. eternal student says:

If you are an undergrad, focus on BS in Computer Science and Mathematics. Computer game design requires a solid mathematical foundation. MS in Computer Science would be good for your long term job prospects.
