Where can I get a good computer science degree in NYC?

I want a bachelor degree in computer science. Currently, I’m going for my second year at community college, so I’m going to transfer for junior year to somewhere else. There are places close by but I want to get away for the last two years.

What places do you know of that have good degrees, especially for someone who likes putting computers together more than things like programming? Keep in mind that I’m not exactly rich. (:
