How hard would it be to double major in Philosophy/Computer Science while taking req courses for med school?

I wouldn’t mind studying an extra year but would that combination be too overwhelming? What about a Philosophy major and CS minor? I want to get into medical school as well so I’ll need to take the science courses for that.
