online Bachelors Degree in computer Science or Information Technology?

I would wish to study a full time course in either Computer Science or Information Science online. I’m budget cautious, not forgetting to mention that duration should be favorable. Please also help me select the best suited (computer) course that’s more favorable to work in New Zea land, Australia, Canada, USA, or other developed nation with better quality of life. I wish to take a full time course(not semester based, to save on time). I’m Kenyan, and i think it would be better if it would be American, or UK university. Also a college accepting foreign qualifications. I have completed High School, done a Diploma in Library and Information Science, Certificate in computer repairs and maintenance, Certificate in Computer applications.
