I wouldn’t mind studying an extra year but would that combination be too overwhelming? What about a Philosophy major and CS minor? I want to get into medical school as well so I’ll need to take the science courses for that.

Hopefully someone can correct me, but the general impression about nation wide premed plans is something like the following:
(1) inorganic chem + labs (1 year)
(2) organic chem + labs (1 year)
(3) biology + labs (1 year)
(4) physics + labs (1 year)
(5) calculus 1 and 2 (1 year)
(6) biochem (1 year)?
and maybe they have to take english or something. That is to say, to do pre-med on its own it is going to take probably 3 years. Computer science classes do not overlap with these, neither do philosophy. For premed you need to have a high GPA to get into med school, and it does not matter what your major is in that regard (a hard major does not give you leniency so i hear). You would be looking at doing more than just one extra year for double majoring. You could major in philosophy and minor in CS if you really wanted i guess, just bear in mind that minors are useless, so i suggest only doing it if you are self-motivated.
CS is going to be very intensive (it will take up almost *all* your time, days and nights if you go to a good school), it is unlikely for most students to pull off a high GPA with pre-med + CS. Philosophy is also intensive. You will probably be overwhelmed. Most premed kids get overwhelmed with just the required classes they have to take (you often hear people whining about biochem or organic chem for instance), and they end up just majoring in something very close to the premed core classes (e.g. biochem). Adding on top of that a demanding major like CS makes this a possibly unwise move. College is actually hard, and picking up a couple of degrees is a little silly of an idea to me. Just pick something, and do it. Staying an extra year for another bachelors is not really worth it when you only want to use one degree in your life to begin with.
It is not just a matter of taking courses. To do well in each class will take a substantial amount of work. It is not easy, even though if you are not in college yet this statement will be very hard to believe.
