Good Computer Science Schools?

What are some good graduate schools for computer science? I don’t really mean like MIT and such; they’re too expensive. I mean a school that is good enough to allow me to do research, but not too expensive either.
If you get accepted to graduate school for PhD, don’t worry for costs. They will pay you to go there. You will be TAing or doing research work for money that will pay for tuition.
If you are going to do a MS then you need to worry.
Any state school with MS in CS is decent.
